About us

Deck (memory-deck.app) is run by Ignacio Deza, trading as Nearside Design, a sole trader in the United Kingdom. Contact: privacy@memory-deck.com. By creating an account you agree to these terms.

The service

Deck is free to use and currently invite-only. It is provided as it is: we work to keep it running and your decks safe, but we can’t promise it will always be available or free of errors.

We may change, pause or end the service. If we plan to end it, we will give notice where possible so you can export your decks.

Your account

You must be 13 or older. Keep your sign-in details secure; you are responsible for what happens in your account. One account per person.

Your content

Your words and decks are yours. You give us permission to store and process them only to provide the service to you.

Don’t add content that is unlawful, offensive, or that you don’t have the right to use.

Public decks

Public decks are offered as they are; we can’t guarantee every word or translation is correct. Copying a public deck gives you your own copy, which is unaffected if the original changes or is removed.

Fair use

Don’t misuse Deck: no attempts to break, overload or get around its security, no automated sign-ups, and no collecting other people’s data.

Ending

You can delete your account at any time inside Deck. We may suspend or remove accounts or content that break these terms.

Liability

Deck is a free service provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses or for lost data; we recommend exporting decks you care about. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.

Changes

If we change these terms, we will update this page and the date above. Significant changes will be announced in Deck.
